Young Families & Early Years Resilience
For: Parents of children aged 0–5
Stay-and-play sessions, parenting confidence workshops, and speech and emotional development support for parents of young children in priority wards.
Young Mums Connect
For: Young mothers from age 13
Peer support groups, mental wellbeing sessions, digital skills training, and childcare support for young mums not currently in work or education.
Food Security & Cost-of-Living Support
For: Low-income families
Holiday food provision, community meals, and fuel poverty advice for families struggling with the cost of living.
Youth Prevention & Positive Pathways
For: Young people aged 11–18
After-school activities, mentoring, and skills tasters for young people in high-risk wards — building confidence and creating positive futures.
Community Wellbeing & Mental Health Access
For: Adults with low-level mental health needs
Non-clinical wellbeing groups, social prescribing, and safe spaces for adults who need support but may not meet clinical thresholds.
Creative Engagement for Health
For: All community members
Arts workshops, music and movement, mindfulness, community gardening, and cultural events that nurture mental health, resilience, and social connection.
